Moran Shetland (Mullan in some subbings) is a fictional character of the anime Last Exile. He is a 19 years old rifleman of Clau Solas, an Anatore battle ship. He earned 19 medals, thanks to surviving the battles. He needs only one medal for become promoted out of the rifleman line. He was, also, a Silvana's mechanic man, but after, he returned to the battles. He has a good relationship with Dunya Scheer from Disith, seems that they fall in love each other, when Moran asks her to go on the same ship together.

According to the Last Exile's artbooks, He's 170 cm tall. In the anime, he has messy short brown hair, and grey eyes. At the end, he has incipient facial hair.

When Moran enters to Silvana's ship, Ethan, and the other mechanic mans made a joke on him (Being Moran naked). It could be, because Moran's seiyuu (Miki Shinichiro), and Ethan's seiyuu (Seki Tomokazu) are really friends in real life.
